@Hubsan: any news? I received the tracking on 27 of Decemeber, but since then there is no update, the status is always "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS. " PLEASE FIX THIS SITUATION SOON, I'ts unacceptable, we are waiting from weeks and still no Zino WHEREAS SOME EU CUSTOMERS RECEIVED A SECOND ZINO AS REPLACEMENT!!! I want a refund or a compensation for this, please do something!
