H109S Fly without G.P.S. Y/N ?

I recently did some repairs to my H109S Professional Edition. When I completed the repairs I powered on the H7000 and H109S. I happened to be in doors and the G.P.S. began searching for satellites. I went through the normal calibration. Without G.P.S. lock I started to power up the unit to check my repair. The h700 had a screen pop up asking, "Fly without G.P.S.? Yes or No." I first tapped no but the unit would not power up. It prompted the same question again after trying to power up the second time. I went ahead and tapped yes. The unit powered up and my repairs were good. Ever since tapping, "yes", to the Fly without G.P.S. My h7000 has no satellites. All it says is NA. I am afraid RTH and headless will not work. I have looked everywhere on how to turn my G.P.S. back on. Can you please direct me on how to get my G.P.S. to turn back on? Thanx Guys.

N/A means that either the GPS module has come unplugged, or the GPS module is not operating properly. Did you remember to plug the GPS module back to its port on the motherboard and if you did, verify that you plugged it in the right way (not backwards)?

I did. When I first started up the quad it was searching for satellites. It is when I tapped yes to fly with out GPS it no longer worked. I have made sure it is plugged in.
