Still no updates. Zinos still on hold. What are you doing about it? Is it so difficult to make a call and ask Fedex what is wrong...

There will be one effect of your waiting... Fedex will ship it back...

HUBSAN WAKE UP, RELEASE OUR ZINOS AND IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO SO GIVE US A REFUND OPTION OR A FREE BATTERY FOR ALL THE TROUBLES YOU CAUSED!!!

There are an Italian seller that ships zino in 2-3 days, WHY DOES HE HAVE ZINOS AND WE DON'T?

Has Hubsan maybe recalled the shipment that landed in Hellevoetsluis? Or decided not to release them because they might also have issues like the first ones? This stall is not just because Hubsan can’t be bothered to send documents. They know exactly how export works. There is something else going on that they’re not telling people

I have sent an email to five different people which are in Los Angeles, Beijing and netherlands about this topic and about who is taking ownership of my drone’s fault. All those emails came back saying sorry, not available, get in touch with the other people that I copied in. Same email, three different time zones of varying by alot of hours, at least one person was during office hours, no one available to respond. All saying contact someone else. I feel at any moment they are going to fall silent forever

Something fishy going on for sure..feel for you guys over there. I pre-ordered 2 batteries and 2 sets of props. And those pieces bounced back and forth from Canada customs to the USA Headquarters like a PING-PONG ball...never recieved them and never will :cry:

I think Customs in both of our countries have a RED FLAG with Hubsan because of earlier f==k-ups. Something up going on for sure.We just have to figure out why.

Sorry for there can't ship the separate battery to Canada by the USPS.We totally understand you want to fly the Zino with extra battery to enjoy long filght.while sorry for the inconvenience.Believe you will get the Zino battery in other ways.
