Backers from Russia received Zino's yesterday, sent directly from HK. EU backers still have the same status on GLS Netherland:

21-12-2018 15:55 Netherlands - 0.100 The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.

Whats wrong, Hubsan ?

It looks like our Zinos are stuck at customs.
Not sure why it is taking so long. Also i do wonder what Hubsan is doing about it... Just waiting probably...

Sincerely sorry for the delay

Because we ship the Zino to Russia customer from China warehouse.there is not detain by the custom.

Once this Zino dispatch release ,we will ship you as soon as possible.

HUBSAN please don't ignore our requests of a refund or a compensation for this situation! It's another day without any news, it's unbelivable all this mess you create because it's not normal all this time at customs so you did something wrong and we are paying with such delay. You are still avoid answers about our requests and why you gave zino replacement to EU backers whereas we are still waiting for ours. What's your problem with according us a refund or a compensation? How long will have to wait? it can't be forever! Please be serious once in a time with us, DO SOMETHING!

"So I just called FedEx Netherlands about why it’s taking so extremely long. Turns out that they’ve send multiple emails to Hubsan, asking for documents/commercial invoice about the orders. Hubsan never replied to those emails and FedEx told me that Hubsan should send"

As I underline, HUBSAN YOU ARE THE PROBLEM AND WE ARE WAITING OUR ZINOS BECAUSE YOU FORGET ABOUT US OR YOU ARE COMPLETELY UNABLE TO HANDLE THE SOLUTION!! THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Stop with apologies, do something real, allow refund or send us a free battery, DO SOMETHING!!

I agree your point, is not for complain, but there nothing clear, only clear is some backers get already a 2 nd Zino as replacement and for they none customs and delay problem from same our Zino stock in NL for our haven't yet get our first Zino only waiting sorry words but none sure and clear explanation about delivery and times, sure that if Zino stock was for our backers are still waiting our first Zino and theses pieces are used for give a 2 nd Zino to backers was having already in hand one Zino ok whit issues, but if is so is really bad way by Hubsan

If you have the drone also only with the UK adapter is fine, send it the same! You said that before, I'd have my Zino now! Too Late unfortunately

The battery and the propellers, order 2461 in official site, arrived day 3 January, thanks
