Charger blinks red and doesn't charge the battery

Hi all,
nice to be part of the community!
Hope someone can give me some advice on how to solve the issue with the battery/battery charger. I received yesterday my Zino and put it immediately under charging. After a while the charger passed from a solid red to a blinking red (all three leds) and I had the impression that it was not charging anymore. I put in the Zino the battery and the level 52%. Tried to fly and after a minute battery was so low that Zino returned home. Tried to charge again and the story repeated (constant red for approx. 1 hour and then started blinking). This time I left it blinking for more than 4 hours and then put again the battery in the zino with the same result: battery level was 54% after more than 5 hours charing. 2 minutes flight and then back home again.
What can I do, are the battery or the charger broken?

Hi, I also bought the Zino from motorsport UK on 29th Dec and I'm having the same charging issue. When I check the cell voltage, cell one is only 3.63v and cell 2 & 3 are 4.19. I never get a solid green light, only 3 blinking red lights.
