After update, Zino will not pair to controller or show network

For your post,I noted that your FC firmware is FC V1.0.43,would you mind to try to update the FC firmware to FC V1.0.44 ?

Besides,Kindly provide the video for demonstrating how do you update the IT firmware?Just for better checking and help you find right solution.

I have followed the steps exactly as your official update video shows...

I mentioned that in my very first post at the start of the thread..

Since then I have tried the newer firmware 44 with no success.

What should be my next steps to troubleshoot?

I cannot stress enough that I have followed it exactly and did not deviate from any steps and followed on the same order as in the video.

As mentioned, I tried different SD cards.

I have restarted the PC between attempts and when I updated to .44 which did not fix the issue.

The USB cable used was the one that came with the product.

Please provide support as to the next steps that should be taken.

Last version firmware, downloaded yesterday, 1.044 for the fc.
In the video is clearly visible the procedure, that, obviously, is equal to the procedure showed in official hubsan zino firmware upgrade video.

No battery and fc upgrade
Battery in, drone on, usb connection and gimbal upgrade.
2 files on sd, drone on and camera update.

All the 3 goes flawlessly to 100%

Anyway, i used the drone, not in flight but just testing application, for 5 minutes before upgrading. Maybe the problem was not due to the upgrade itself. Infact i was able to connect to the drone, after 3 or 4 upgrade, but it disconnect in a couple of second.

My Dec 17th update and 1.63 app went smoothly, and I was able to see all the latest firmware in the FC. That was till I restarted the drone and noticed the flashing red light beside the microSD slot and lost connection. I realised that the battery was reloading the AmbaSydFW and Asd_md5 update files which was still in my microSD.

I followed Magnum1956PMQ's instruction to switch off the drone, physically remove the microSD from the drone, load it into the computer and delete those 2 firmware update files from the microSD card - they will keep reloading if they're still inside the cards, maybe that's why I lost connection. I reloaded the card minus those 2 firmware files, and connection came back. I hope this can be of help.

And hopefully my next(2nd} flight will be problem-free

For myself, I removed the SD card as instructed in the update video following all the steps (as removing SD step is at the end of the video, in text not spoken) but it was the update which seems to have made the Zino cease broadcasting WiFi...

Myself, Djose24 and woo65 seem to be experiencing the same issue except my Zino did not, even briefly broadcast WiFi.. (woo65 for a few seconds saw a connection, then reverted back to my situation)


Very eager to get some support on the issue.

Btw, another case here in Italy, from an Hubsan vendor. He's trying to find a solution.
For now... DON'T UPGRADE!
