My first flight with the Zino was a nominal success.
The only real glitch was I need to get a HUGE microSD card to handle the 4K video and MP4 still files. (So I don't have any photos or video to share, yet)
No problems starting up and binding with the Android version of X-Hubsan App. I did not try any of the trick functions but mapping look very stable. Craft and controller locations were well displayed. RTH with Auto-Land put the bird down within 1.5 feet of take-off point on three attempts.
I did experience the drifting after Auto Take-Off using the button on the controller that Dustin Dunnill showed in his video. Zino originally hopped up to 1.5 meters and drifted a bit. This stopped when I raised the altitude to 4 meters and the Zino stabilized in flight despite a 6-8 knot wind.
Other than that I need to dampen the control inputs, it is REALLY quick and will lurch around the sky with the slightest of input on the factory settings. But the camera stabilization makes the FPV view look like there is no buffeting around whatsoever.
There was a bit of WiFi lag every once in a while in the FPV, but not often and only after 20 meters distance, so that just may be due to the RF congested environment (every home for blocks around has a WiFi cable router)
Overall I'm really happy with Zino!

Re: First Flight Thoughts
Glad everything went well so far...I haven't gotten to fly with my busy schedule when I get home from work. I did get mine bound to the transmitter and basic operations in app working (except video resolution change) but haven't even tested the motors yet...need to do that since McBride had his problem...Give a video/photo report when you can...Russdogstar7 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 05, 2018 11:32 amMy first flight with the Zino was a nominal success.

I got my card on Amazon for $26.50 Samsung 128GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSD EVO Select Memory Card with Adapter (MB-ME128GA/AM)
You can get them cheaper if you go to 64 GB. Got one of those for my security camera for $12.75 SanDisk 64GB Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card with Adapter - 100MB/s, C10, U1, Full HD, A1, Micro SD Card
The pictures and videos are great. The resolution presently is 3840 x 2160 but I saw that the new firmware update will be ready 0n 12/10 to be tested and then will be published on the Hubsan support page. There is a Youtube video that give you the update instruction. Also when recording make sure you use the app to stop the recording before shutting anything down or it will corrupt the video file.

Thank you everyone for your replies
I picked up a Scandisk 64 gb class 10 card for $32 at the local Target
I plan to buy more on-line at a better price later
The video came out great. In addition to the 4K file Zino also renders a quick 720p file for reference
My Mac 10 only has a 1080p graphics card so I create proxy files to edit in Final Cut Pro
Once the edits are done it will render and export the master file in 4K, but I will probably just do a 1080p master so that it will not take all evening to render. The original footage looks awesome even though its a dull overcast day

Re: First Flight Thoughts
Overall satisfied with the experience so far. Its losing height when flying straight and with turns. Camera is good, gimble is smooth. Some videos turned out to be blurry ,not sure the reason but their size was small. Will do a full run over weekend.
