Only 2 motors work
Unboxed the hubsan Zino and only 2 of the 4 motors start. I can literally hear pieces rattling inside and only 3 lights came on. I'm curious as to how soon Hubsan will replace or reply to this, an email, and a phone call.

Oh man, what a bummer. Hope this is not a widespread issue. Good luck to you on getting that resolved.

I'm absolutely impressed that I was able to call the Hubsan phone and was answered by a gentleman named Albert who gave very good customer service. He spoke with another person in charge and promptly returned my call. He then sent me a shipping label prepaid to send my Zino back, in return they will send me a new one. He said they are waiting on the new shipment by next week, so possibly this will be resolved by January. After preordering on October 5th this has been a very long process, but I'm very happy with the gentlemen named Albert who helped.

This is sad to hear. But good customer service is encouraging. That runs counter to everyone's expectations. I would not be surprised if Hubsan has hired more staff for just such problems with the Zino roll-out. If they can resolve this issue in a timely manner it will go a long way toward building up their reputation from this point. Best of luck and wishes for a quick turn-around

very pleased for you that Hubsan are actually resolving it for you.
I purchased a H216A in Sept 2018 (from Hubsan Official via Aliexpress), it was delivered in October 2018, and developed several faults in November 2018. From 12/Nov/2018, I sent them several emails (with proof of purchase attached) and a pm via Facebook and a pm through this group and no-one has bothered to reply to me.
They are clearly focusing all their attention on their new flagship product, but it's very short sighted of them to forget their other customers.
