She meant that the drones will be leaving China on the 30th of November to the warehouses in Europe and America.
Which means it will take probably a week for them to get to the region's warehouse where it will be broken down into the orders for that region. It will probably be about the end of the second week in December by the time we get the Zino. In my opinion.

Hi, are weeks i read more users messages on there, and i dont really realize because more of they are so impatients and unpolite, seems they are kids whitout offense that came angry and sad because dont have yet get his "toy" lol!
Seeing Hubsan says (also if whit delay) the Zino arrive to all well done, please no more post of unsatisfaction and that denigrate Hubsan. On indiegogo campaign of Hubsan Zino i am happy was possible for me get a perk, the Zino for only 299$ it was a very great deal, so i can wait. Still about indiegogo campaign Hubsan says as last updates to backers that the Zino start to be shipped today 30 November from China mainland to respectively European and USA warehouses, then is normal our backers we can't get already today the shipping tracking number, remember us that employees on Hubsan are human people like our not robots. I am Italian user, sorry for my bad English grammar, but i think more people there have just to calm down and stay relaxed.

İf you buy from hubsan website, price includes custom taxes. And you can expect to ship from europe office not to pay tax. But we bought on indigogo for only 299usd. Not include customs tax. So if they ship from netherlands its your luck but if they ship from china we cant complain.
