Hello everyone, I made the preorder from bangood on October 21 and left the warehouse on November 15.

Today, in the bangood app, the refund option appears and I've talked to an agent. They tell me of bangood that is expected to arrive at their warehouses on December 10th. We are all in the same situation with this manufacturer, hopefully get lucky and leave the zino soon.

For the Hubsan distinguished customer who have ordered the ZINO .the first batch goods(the payment settled down during Oct 1 to Oct 10) have been shipped out yesterday by air to US and European warehouse and we will update the tracking number once arrive to US and European warehouse .Thanks for your patient .Next Batch goods plan to ship out on Next Monday for the order placed on Oct 10-20) .All the order can be fully dispatched before Oct 30.Any doubts about the order can feel free to send the email to order@hubsan.com or choose the online service on Hubsan mall .Have a great weekend

Hubsan not send battery to Brazil? I tried to place the order and received the notice that it was not possible to send to my address.

If battery inside product package it's no problem, in this case the battery is part of the product. In other words, if the batteries inside the Zino box can be imported.
