501s app for android

Hi does anyone know of a app for 501s tried the hubsan x app but doesn't cover the 501s

There is no app for the H501S. You have 3 choices for a transmitter, H901A, H906A, H7000.

Not sure what you mean by change the transmitter? You just have to bind the transmitter, whichever one you choose or have. YouTube is the best place to look for help on binding.

I have the standard transmitter for the drone do i need to change transmitter to one of the ones you mentioned thanks

Simple Answer
You have to use either a transmitter like the H901A, H906A , H7000 or the Watch for the follow me function and flight of the H501S.

It is not compatible with a Smartphone or the APP.

The Only 501 series drone compatible with the App is the H501A. The H501ss can be modified to use the App but will either need to change controllers, add a Camera Board and so on. You could use then a HT005 Relay with smartphone, an HT011A Controller with smartphone or HS001 LCD display, or the H7000 to fly waypoint missions. None of the 501s or 501ss models come with the needed hardware and the mods Cost More than buying the drone on special buy.

It all depends on why you were interested in the App in the first place.
