109 x4 Pro and GPS watch not allowing follow me or circle me

Hi

I have a new 109 x4 pro edition , and the Hubsan gps watch , i cant seem to get the aircraft to follow me or circle me , all other flight function work ok , any help appreciated

Circle fly and follow me require the drone to be at least 10 meters distance away from you and 10 meters high with solid GPS locks. If you are too high or too far and conversely too close the drone won't do either.
