I have the H216A model and the front left motor does not work. Only when pressed does he work and stop. What can be the problem?

Have you install the propeller properly?and would you mind to show the issue in short recorded video for us ?

May I know when did you buy the H216A?Please kindly note that the motor belongs to easily damaged accessories.which is not covered by the warranty.
But we can provide the motor's replacement tutorial video for your reference.

Good evening, gentlemen, I would like to ask you for help with a problem I have suffered. I own an H507A of these models controlled via WIFI. My phone is a Moto G5S plus, I use a WIFI extender to reduce interference and go further. The problem I have is that the application disconnects from the drone's nothingness (after the extender has almost solved it) and the most serious of all I can connect the drone but every time the drone arms the engines and shuts off. After clearing cache, clearing memory, closing all applications in the background, it still does not fl y. Luckily after much patience he finally flies with the already half-worn battery due to the time trying to fly. The defect is in my cell phone, today I took my father's cell phone, moto g4 PLAY, installed the APP and flew first (PQP). Does anyone know how to fix this?

May I know if your Moto G55 plus phone is the Android phone with 4.4.4 or above?

Uses Android 7.1.1, in the case of my father's phone, use Android 6.
