Second Request for information on my extra battery order placed on October 30...still "Processing"...come on ship it already!
You should have put it in with my Zino that I received a month after I even ordered the battery separately. Would have saved you some shipping costs.

Please advise status of my order.

So for the orders that are in the US who order the Zino combo pack with an extra battery on the website...are the Zino packed with the extra battery?

Alisa, I want to cancel my order... Order 9287. I can't take a chance of not receiving my items especially with reports of not all the items are not together (battery, extra propellers) and the reports of issues on arrival.
