OK guys, I got the same error with my Zino right after upacking and starting it out of the box.
Next I removed the protective cover, tried to find the rubber button but could not find it....
The reason was, that it came off with protectiv cover and was stucking in that.....
But this gave me the chance to press at the right position.
Next the gimbal worked for one minute but when doing the mag calibration I got the error 0x0004 again .
After repeating the process 3-4 times I think, I fixed it.
But if the error occurs again I need a service ticket to the Netherlands and will send my Zino there for repair.
Is there any advice form Alisa how to proceed?

Hello Hubsan-Ailsa,
I send already an email to the Hubsan support. (anton) I will make a video from the error 0x0004 when I switch on the Zino and next show the error in the app. Will do the video with an old cell phone (galaxy S3) and mail it to you.
