Hey all,
So I just called FedEx Netherlands about why it's taking so extremely long. Turns out that they've send multiple emails to Hubsan, asking for documents/commercial invoice about the orders. Hubsan never replied to those emails and FedEx told me that Hubsan should send an email to nl-import@fedex.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I have recorded the call so I have the proof if necessary. Aisla, contact Fedex now.

I think at this stage that a clear a precise explanation is required from Hubsan on this Fedex fiasco, a lot of Indiegogo customers had ordered the Zino in expectation it would be with us by Christmas and now it looks as if a communication break down between Hubsan and Fedex is the issue. This is unacceptable from a profession company and needs dealing with promptly.

Hubsan have perfect customer support, it is last my purchasing from Hubsan.

Hi, that's funny, for previous backers get a Zino and others ones get already the 2nd Zino in substitution no one of customs problems and now for our existed this problem about customs? Are from 21/12 Zino are in NL well done, you say documents was sent time ago ago. FEDEX that haven't reiceved it what is game about who say it more big? Funny discussion)) I got my Zino today . I don’t have any complain to Hubsan team . I don’t believe that’s some one can talk directly to Customs)) are you joking ?
