So I might know why the delivery is STILL pending on the Fedex tracking website (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&trackingnumber=813510910697&cntry_code=gb&locale=en_GB)
As you can see on the tracking page, it shows that it's pending for 7 days already since it left the customs.
This might be because of the delivery address. On the tracking page it's stated that it'll be delivered to 'HELLEROETSLUIS NL'. This place does not exist and should be 'HELLEVOETSLUIS NL' instead.

Aisla or the lady at the Dutch office, please make a call to FedEx to change the address to the CORRECT name!
