blinking green LEDs on balance charge

I just got my 501c and first time I put it on the charger it goes from a steady red to 2 flashes of the LEDs then back to steady red for about a minute, then it just keeps repeating. According to the manual full charge should result in steady green. The battery is still cool to the touch but it was on there for for over 4 hours. I disconnected and after an hour put back on and it goes back to the flashes after about a minute.

Did the H501C bind with the transmitter? would you mind to provide the video for demonstrating this issue?
