I can't shutdown my video recording on my new Hubsan H501SS. Lost footage, need help on file rescue as well.

Anyone has problem of randomly can not shutdown video recording on H501SS. I have lost many footage from having to pull the plug.

Can anyone help with an idea of how to rescue corrupted file from hubsan?

i have a similar problem with my H216A. I found closing the app and restarting the app allowed me to switch off video recording.
I hope this helps

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately H501SS did not use app on mobile phone. I am using transmitter H906A. Yes I shutdown the transmitter and turn on several times but the video remain recording.
