H501s no video or photo capture.

I just got an H501S and it will not store video or photos to the 64g micro ad card. When I press the photo button, "photo" appears on the viewing screen, same with the video button, 'record" shows on the view screen but nothing saves to the card. When checked on the computer, folder is empty. I tried formatting the new card but still nothing. Help please!

From what I've been reading, the H501S Standard has a 16gig limit... And the H501S Advanced has a 32gig limit.

The H501S requires for the 4-32GB SD card with class 10 or above.Your SD card beyond the limit.
