Can not see the picture or video on WIN10

Hello,
I am Michael from Germany.
I have just with the Hubsun Zino 2 the problem that videos that were recorded in MP4 or images as JPG are not playable on the PC.
I get when starting the video after a short time the message, SF card too slow to save, although I have a HC card in it. Do you know what the problem can be?
