Hubsan H501s x4 Air No Video or Photo

Good Day,
I have one of your drones and I can not seem to be able to activate the photo or the video. I have the advanced transmitter H906A running firmware V1.1.17.
When I to push the “enter” key on the transmitter to activate the video I get the error “pull down on the throttle”. When I push the “exit” key on the transmitter to try to get a picture I get no response.
I am using a brand new SanDisk Ultra microSDHC UHS-1 Card A1 32gb disc formatted in FAT32.
I have also tried other micro discs and these also do not seem to work with the unit.
If you could provide some assistance that would be fantastic!
