501S Video won't stop recording.

The 501S with the 901 controller won't stop recording video most of the time. Therefore when I shut down and pull the SD card the video isn't finalized and therefore it won't play.
This started happening when I first tried to circle fly and take a video of it. First time I could stop the video but now quite often, it won't quit recording and therefore I loose the video.
Any ideas out there.
