X4 storm, no video and now no longer connects to controller either

I have been happily flying my H122d for about a week now until suddenly the video stopped working, it would display the voltage of the battery and everything but no video, shortly after that both my screen and controller would no longer bind to the quad, any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks in advance, was very much enjoying the product up until this incident!

Any number of things from a FLight control board to a dead transmitter. The list is endless.

No crashes so I doubt FC , can't see why either of those would just die like that?

I assume you have tried re-binding again?
If that was not successful then Unfortunately you will have to send in for service.

You could include video clip of what you have attempted to get them hooked back up again.
Describe waht has occured and if under a year old have receipts include in the email showing what you bought and when and where.

Managed to get it to reconnect but only when connected to a power source so possibly the battery connection is loose

Which battery did you use a different power source for?
