Zino 2 take off with joysticks

I have a drone Zino 2. At first the drone was capable of taking off only by putting the joysticks on the controler down (towards me), but then suddenly it stopped doing this. I put the joysticks down and nothing happens. Does anyone have this problem or know how to fix this? Thank you:)
