502e won’t record pictures or video

I just bought a new 502e and it won’t record pictures or video. I formatted to exfat. The sad card works in a camera but not the drone. Please help

Hallo!

Ich habe am Wochenende ebenfalls eine neue 502E Drohne bekommen, mit dem gleichen Problem. Gestern bei starkem Wind ersten Flug, aber Zuhause kein Video auf der SD-Karte. Ich bleib da mal am Thema und melde mich bei Neuigkeiten dazu.
Habe noch eine 502S, hier funktioniert die Videofunktion (mit der gleichen SD-Karte) ohne Probleme...
Auch gibt es scheinbar ab und an Probleme mit den Motoren bzw. Getriebe.

Kindly select the format option and format your SD card to FAT 32.
