I can not take picture

I bought a X4 Desire (502S). I also bought a microSD card. I can not take pictures or videos. It seems that it does not recognize the microSD card. When the microSD card is in place, I do not have on the screen the sign telling that I have inserted the card.

Is it a class 10 or higher SD card?

Hello,
The H502S requires for the 4-32GB SD card with class 10 or above.
Besides,kindly format the Sd card to FAT 32 as attched below
