Really bad customerservice

Hubsan has a really bad customerservice.
Dont buy anything from this company!
Read all what is written on this forum and you see there is no service at all.
They remove your account if you are talking bad about Hubsan.
They block your IP also.
They did it for me already 3 or 4 times.

Yes Ailsa, i still can come on the forum.
You are really not so smart there.
The only thing you do is remove my postings, but i can still post here!

I keep bothering you, i told you.
As long as you still dont give good customerservice i stay here!

Dear Gert-Jan,

Your HT009 is not compatible with your phones.we are willing to send you new HT009 for free.But you still want the new H501M battery.

It is not fair to all Hubsan customer.I am sorry for I can't help you.

Gert-Jan,

Hubsan has offered you a replacement HT009 to replace your defective one. They are meeting their warranty commitment and you sould accept it and quit trying to get something for nothing.

I have followed this and know you went ahead and bought a used HT009 but that is not Husbands fault.

Accept the warranty HT009 which is what failed on you and move on. Your issue now is no longer bad customer service but BAD Customer

Move On.
Your not helping yourself or the community in the forum.

Take the new HT009, test it and then sell it on eBay or other channel where you live so you can buy the battery from the proceeds.
