I can not get my x4 motors to start running. just received this drone for a gift.

Hello,did you check if the propeller install properly?besides,have you ever tried to do the transmitter calibration?

yes blades are on right. trying to calibrate but not having much luck .when i plug in the motors jerk like they want to start .

Did you record the video and contact the seller for the issue?
