Beware of BestGear

I purchased a Hubsan H501ss from BestGear in June, 2018. After one week of flying my FPV went flakey. I contacted BestGear about problem and after stringing me along for several weeks requesting videos, descriptions, shipping labels, etc. and telling me they were conferring with their technical support, they responded by telling me because I had used the drone for more than a week it was now out of warranty. They said that was their policy. They offered me a $35 dollar credit to purchase a new drone. Be very wary of BestGear as they will abandon you after your purchase if you have a problem.

Hello ,for the H501S FPV went flakey,would you mind to describe the issue in detail?like how far did you lost the FPV during flight? can you take pictures or videos?Hope we can help you.

I have explained in as much detail in my original post "FPV Problems Ailsa/Anne Please Read" as I can. You did read that post as you again questioned me as to what antenna I replaced. I have included screen captures of controller screen, details as to my observations in relation to this problem in that that post. The intermittent loss of FPV can happen from take-off up to any distance. As I originally wrote, there is no loss of control, recorded video is fine. This problem only affects being able to see and read the FPV screen on controller. I want to work with you to resolve this problem but there isn't much more I can tell you. FPV display has static lines, screen will blink off and on, FPV and data on screen un-readable. I cannot do a quality video of controller screen as it washes out in sunlight. That is why I sent screen captures of video.
