My first post on here, i have an H501S, i have lost the FPV the camera records and take pictures (i dont have the "recording" on the advanced controller but the button to take a picture or video work? all batteries are fully charged.

Couple of things tested:
1-I have an 5GHZ video sender and the controller picks up the signal so this must be working correct
2-Put in into test mode

numbers that appear at the start (close up)
+000
096 092

5755: 35 21 16 15 0 0

Around 8mtrs away numbers read:
+000
090 072

5755: 35 13 0 0 0 0

I have checked everything is connected inside the drone, does this sound like the Video transmit board?

Hello ,may I know if you set the 5.8G frequency option on?
Besides,would you mind to show the video for demonstrating the data which entering the test mode?

Hello,would you mind to open the transmitter and check if the 5.8G antenna is work by the volt meter?

The Transmitter side is working, i have tested this using my 5.8Ghz video sender and the transmitter in the controller receives the picture being sent by my video sender.

so is this looking like the video board inside the drone could be at fault?

May I know if you tried to rebind the drone to the transmitter as attached below?

Press photo button and power on the transmitter simultaneously until"Bind to plane"displayed ,then power on the drone,and place it very close to the transmitter,the binding will be completed after one“beep”heard.

Yes re-binded a few times, with transmitter and drone touching, still no picture from drone

See if the aircraft will take photos and videos with a properly formatted SD card. If the 5.8G signal power is a 0, that's a clear 5.8 module issue.
