H501S problem
H501S problem
Hi,
I hope i'm not double posting.
My brother has a H501S since a year or something. (I'm writing for him because he's not a computer user and dunno english).
Everything was perfect until last week.
When the battery is plugged, the 4 led are lighting in pink as usual. But after one second one of them is stopping lighting and he cannot do anything.
No error message or wathever but impossible to do something. The 3 remaining leds stay lighted in pink.
The video signal is displayed and nothing special on the remote controller. Drone is not asking for calibration.
Do you have any advice ?
Thanks you so much for your time.

Re: H501S problem
If I was to venture a guess I would day bad flight control board. It is reponsible for processing all inputs from the sensors and if it fails you are in the position you are in.

Thanks for you reply.
It looks too complicated for me at this point. So I think the drone will stay in the shelf (or will go to the trash unfortunately).

Re: H501S problem
Don't send to the trash, the FC board just is a plug in socket based board. If you already know how to open the shell the FC board id a breeze except for antenna connections. If you want to trash it send to a Hubsan user in your area. I am sure some one can replace the FC board. Some one may do it as a favor. WE have a user her who does this for others all the time.
Re: H501S problem
No we'll not send it to the trash
So If i understand well, we need to change the FC board ?
Is this the good stuff to replace ? ( https://www.hubsan.com/na/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=360&zenid=p8sgrki22qph0u7mmcsh8v0da6 )
If yes we can maybe buy another one and change it.
