No bluetooth from HT009

just received a H501m and i can't connect the phone to the ht009 as the isn't a Bluetooth signal.
Any ideas not a good start for my first Hubsan.

Hi

I don't know if is the case but I can only pair my HT009 and my smartphone through the x-Hubsan App... If you try to pair your phone with the HT009 directly it will not work.

Hello,yes. If you try to pair your phone with the HT009 directly ,it will not work.you should download X-Hubsan APP.

I just tried to connect the H501M and HT009 on the hubsan app with bluetooth but sometimes it connects and after a few seconds it disconnects.
Than it takes 10 times before it connects but than it disconnects immediatly.
All bluetooth devices work on my phone so the problem is not in the phone.

WHere do i have to look?

Ailsa, i did it like in the video and manual and sometimes it connects but than after a few seconds it disconnects.
And all other bluetooth devices i have connect to my phone.
I have a Cubot Magic and also a Sony Xperia, both give the same problem.
I really think it is a problem with the HT009 or the app because a lot of people have this same problem.

Problem still not solved.
I understood from an email i would get a battery but Ailsa said that she is going to send a new HT009.
But yesterday i bought a used one from someone here and that works.

Ailsa also said she cannot ship a battery from China.
That is bullshit, i ordered 10 packs, 10S pack 1800 mAh from China and they arrived without problem.
Also other packs, 4S 10.000 mAh arrived without any problem.

So... Hubsan is not telling the truth.
What if i am a dealer and i want to order spare batterypacks.
Than they also cannot send them??

Hubsan does everything not to provide any service to their customers.

Please noted the email I sent you.You told me don't want a new HT009 and hope a battery.I just email you to confirm the battery details.But I didn't told you I will send you a new battery in the email.right?

Besides,It is indeed that I can't ship the one battery only from China.

Finally.You HT009 can't connect your phone.I send a new HT009 for free.is anything wrong with me?

Ailsa, i emailed you.
I already bought a used HT009 here in the Netherlands.
Because i dont trust the quality of Hubsan anymore.
And that you cannot ship the battery from China is bullshit.
If i receive a big order of batteries from China (10 packs of 10S) than you can ship 1 small battery of only 70Wh.

And what about dealers, they also receive batteries, so it is a big lie you cannot ship batteries.
