H216A photo after video don't work

Hi all,
I own a H216A, and I'm quite happy. The only problem I have until now is that after I shoot a video, if I take some photos, all files are 0 lenght. Here attached the directory with photos I took today.

The drone requires for the 4-32GB SD card with class 10 or above.and kindly format the SD card to the FAT 32 as attached below.

Hi, that's exactly what I've done after following all the tutorials on Hubsan page on Facebook. I use a 32Gb SD card U1, formatted exactly this way. I hope to fly soon and will post next results. I have used the button on remote to take photos, next time I will also try from app.

So you still can't take pictures after formatting the SD card.right?

I press the button on the remote, hear the beeps, but when I try to see the photos I can see only the first, all the others are corrupted, that is files are zero lenght. I'm told it happens also to other owners (e.g. see this review in italian https://youtu.be/Ii0Yn2dbx9I min. 16:45). I think it happens if in the same session you have made a video before taking photos.

Hi all, I have an update on my issue, last time I did not use the bluetooth controller, and all photos were OK using the virtual button on the app (X-Hubsan 1.4.9). Today I have used again the controller, and only the 2 first photos were OK, but for all the ones shot after a video the file lenght is 0 (zero).

For the HT009 controller,May I know if other button can work ?would you mind to show the video for demonstrating the issue of taking video on the controller?
