What SD card for Hubsan H501S X4 Brushless Drone I have to buy?
How many GBs?
What format and how to make it?

The H501S requires for the 4-32GB SD card with class 10 or above.besides,please try to format the SD card to FAT 32

Kindly format the SD card to the FAT 32 as below

Do make sure the indicated Volume Label area is blank.
