Hubsan x4 h122d storm (problem)

I had my hubsan x4 h122d storm for less then a week and it started smoking. I emailed hubsanus.com on Sunday and they have yet to reply to my emails and I have emailed and called Tekstra Brands with no luck either.

Any Info or reply would be greatly appreciated.
