The video shows on the standard tx screen for a few seconds before the quad does it's lights and beeping dance to connect and then the screen goes black. RSSI is 90-100% next to it. I have rebound it twice with no change.

I didn't see the same topic, but one for an h502e (I think). The next step you gave was to try and record video and take pics. I will try that on a few hours.

Any ideas?

With card inserted the led is blue. I was able to take pictures and video without seeing it on the display.

I have a video from the quad of me pressing photo showing the screen I will upload in a few hours. I will do more detail if that vid isn't enough when I look at it again.

I wasn't allowed to upload the mp4 from my phone

Have you tried to re-select the 5.8G frequency to get better video transmission?Besides,may I know If there has blue light lighting on the belly of the drone?

I have cycled through all channels waiting at least 5 seconds before the next. The led is blue with a card in and red when empty.

ok,Try to use other transmitter to control the H501S and check if it has FPV .If still not.there must be a issue with the drone's 5.8G module.

Ok, so it can have a signal without any video feed?
