recording videos and photos HUBSAN h501m

I bought a HUBSAN H501M drone. the FPV image is not working; only the screen turns black. however, I put a memory card with 8GB, quality 10 (because I had tried with a 32GB card and it did not work, but I thought it should be incompatible, so I put the 8GB card). mobile app captures photos and videos; but does not open on the phone or PC. I already formatted the memory cards and it also did not work. I was excited to shoot and take photos, but so far I have not been able to. but the drone flies very well. if someone has a similar problem or can help me, thank you.

Could you post a short video or screenshot of what happens when you attempt to open the files?
