I do not get video on my transmitter. Screen stays black. I rebinded, checked frequencies, changed batteries, changed SD-card, tried with and without SD-card. The device flies fine. Anyone knows how to solve this?

Please take a short video of the aircraft's belly while the aircraft is powered on, without an SD card inside. Can the aircraft take photos and videos with the proper card and proper formatting? Guide on formatting below.

The aircraft can not take photos or videos with the proper card and proper formatting (16GB, SanDisk, class 10, FAT32, 32kb). Black screen on my transmitter. Photo or video shown in red letters when selecting photo/video.

Looks like a potentially dead or disconnected camera module. Do you see a camera and SD card icon at the top of the transmitter screen when aircraft and TX are properly paired?

nope, I do not see those icons ...

would you mind to tell us the light status on the belly of the drone when you power on the drone?

I am having same problem with a H501S I bought last week.
I have looked at colour on bottom with & without the card and towards the front it is Blue and it changes to Red at the rear.

I do see a camera & an SD card icon on top of screen

If you're speaking of the H501S- rebind. In terms of the H502S- use the below RSSI signal troubleshooting to verify how much 5.8 signal power you're getting from the aircraft.
