I just received a new H501M and when I try to connect with wifi from phone to drone I do not see a signal from the drone.

I have tried to see the signal an Iphone and Android but the drone doesn't appear to have a wifi signal.

I would appreciate any help.

Try to stay away from the other Wifi device.would you mind to show the picture of the issue for us?Just for better checking.

Thank you Ailsa. I moved to a less populated area and the drone paired with no problem.
