Hello, This is Vivian from Hubsan. Have you tried another SD Card less than 32GB (recommended 16GB max) and class 10 or higher. It will need to be formatted to FAT32 as you already are using. Make sure volume label is empty. If problem persists Please email me directly vivian.franco@hubsan.com

Hi

This is probably an issue caused by file corruption! I had it too with my hubs an H109S at times.

When flying, make sure to stop the recording after the flight! If not, the file will not be saved properly and result in a damaged file!

I assume you just forgot to do that and plugged off the lipo after the flights which lead to the issue you described.

The issue doesn't occur to pictures because those are saved immediately.

Hi , thanks for the replies , i had done another run before i read this . on that run i accidentally stopped the video mid flight , i restarted it again and when i checked the card the video i accidentally stopped was recorded ok but the 2nd one had the same 0xc00d36c4 error , .
I cannot say for sure if i stopped the video before i pulled the battery , i will do some more tests and let you know the outcome .
thanks again .
