I live in South Africa and the shipping of spare batteries to my country and many others is now not allowed. However they do allow this if the batteries are shipped together with the quadcopter. Both Grearbest and Bangood have several quads listed that you have the option to order with more batteries than just the one that normally comes with the quad.

I am sure that Hubsan could increase their sales internationally if they offered packages with additional batteries when you first buy the quadcopter.
