HUBSAN-507A battery

Hi
I am using HUBSAN-507A, I did not charge battery for 3 months and it is completely dead now. not working if charged for hours also. LEDs are not turning on when the power button is pressed. is there any ways to recover the battery?

Have you tried to test the battery by the volt meter?is it ok?
