Recording video and pictures

I am having problems with my h501ss not recording pictures and sometimes video. Im using a class 10 micro SD. Formatted to Fat32. I make sure I shut the video off before I power down. Not all the time for video but most of the time for pictures. After formatting and going for a fly and recording, go to the computer and it says something when wrong with the card but there is video there but no pics. I don't know how to fix this. Realky need help. Almost 100% sure it's the drone writing to the sd card.

I want to ensure if your SD card is one with class 10 or above? Would you mind to show us the picture of LCD on controller when press the photo button?
