X4 Desire blades dont spin at all

i just purchased this and its fully charged when i turn the remote on and power on x4 the blades dont spin at all what am i doing wrong i even tried rebinding it thinking the remote is not binded with x4

Please try to calibrate the transmitter ,then rebind the drone to the transmitter.
Transmitter calibration
Push both sticks to the upper left corner and power on the transmitter simultaneously.the LCD will display 'Calibrate stick mode 2"rotate both sticks in circles for three times ,release both stickers,then press any trim for 1.5 seconds until one "Beep"heard which indicates a successfful calibration.
