IS IT POSSIBLE...to connect a HT011A Transmitter to a H501S Quad?

I recently ordered a new HT011A Transmitter by mistake but it would not be cost-effective to return. Although I'm aware that it works with the H501A, I have two H501S quadcopters. Is there any way to make it compatible with a H501S?

If not, I might consider purchasing a new H501A but it is hard to find them for sale apart from the package that includes the transmitter. I don't need two.

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
