I just bought the H216a and tried to connect to my phone. wifi worked but the bluetooth errors out when tying to connect to the controller. I have a new Samsung S9 phone.
The app seams to work perfectly on my phone. it just will not connect to the controller.
Do you have any ideas

Would you mind to solve this connection issue as following procedures?
1. Kindly restart the bluetooth or restart the phone then try to connect it again.
2.Kindly download the bluetooth assistance like nRF connect to check if it connect normally.
If still fail to work,would you mind to change another phone to try to connect it.
