h216a not connecting to phone

new h216a not connecting to phone.
I connect the phone to the drone's wifi net work, enter the app, go to main interface. Screen is black and the bar on top is grey saying no connection. two or three times i did see a picture, but when trying to arm the popular and make it take off, it disconnected immediately. I took the trouble to go as far away as i could from other wifi networks. the phone at hand is oneplus one. with samsung s7 it worked fine.
