Battery Protection Circuit on 2700mAh 7.4v Hubsan Batteries. Please Explain

I am so frustrated at the lack of responses from Hubsan on all issues brought up that I will probably abandon thsi forum. It seems from all points of view that Hubsan Service does not respond to this forum or Emails ( AT least for me). I recognize I have been outspoken but that is the nature of things when Customer service is so poor. I may go with Yuneec or DJI in the foreseeable future. Cheers!

Problem reported to Anne at Hubsan for followup with R&D but she was let go n AUg 26th so this is back in limbo.
