Re: h502C propeller not spinning
Have you tried to remove the propeller and start the motor?May I know if the motor work properly?
Secondly,Did you try to slide the propellers by your fingers to check if the motor stuck?

Re: h502C propeller not spinning
It could be a few things but first I would open up the quad and examine the wiring to the esc in the arm of the affected motor to make sure you have not broken a wire to the ESC (Electronic Speed Control) in the arm going to the affected motor.
If the wiring is good then either the ESC is bad or the motor. I would bet on the motor since it is electromechanical.
IS the quad still under warranty?
It may be possible to get a new motor under warranty.
Send your examination results and description of problem to service@Hubsan.com
You may want to minimize that you crashed..

since these are coreless motors, chances are your motor is dead.but inspect your main pcb module board for cracks.justjarhead wrote: ↑Thu Aug 16, 2018 2:20 amIt could be a few things but first I would open up the quad and examine the wiring to the esc in the arm of the affected motor to make sure you have not broken a wire to the ESC (Electronic Speed Control) in the arm going to the affected motor.

no esc's to damage.
it could also be as simple as a wire come loose from the pcb

there's a new motor set 1 a motor 1 b motor $7:50 from Hubsan
there are cheaper sets on amazon.com which are worth checking out.
and sites like aliexpress.com and banggood.com but those sites could have you waiting upto 40 days
